Day 3.

Just usual day.
My family ate roast meat. And I am not. And even do not want to. not only because it was a small pig. It's really greasy.

My meals for today.
Had a lot of time for cooking. Results.

Fried quark pancakes with bilberry sauce and condensed milk. for breakfast. (soon here - sibylbakery.blogspot.com)

Baked cauliflower with cheese (salt, a little bit milk mixed with 2 eggs to put over the cauliflower - hope you understand what I mean) for lunch.

and. Potato Cream-soup with Mashrooms.
again easy. Boil the potato. then make it pureed. Put water in which you boil potatoes ro pureed potato until you have a desired consistense. like a liquid sour cream. Or you can add milk there. It's more tasty.
Fry mashrooms about 10-15 minutes until it browned.
Fry rub carrot and herbs (I cooked with oregano) in other pan for 5 minutes.
Add mashrooms, and carrot with herbs to cream-soup. 
do not forget about salt.
And you can cook a baked breads with basil, olive oil and cheese for soup. 


And yogurt pancakes and baked banana with chocolate for dinner. Have no photo of it.

Pancakes the same recipe but yogurt instead of milk.

Banana. You just cut itin skin from one side lenghtwise but not through. Put a chopped chocolate there - as much as you want. Wrap it in bake roll and bake for about 15-20 minutes.And you can add whipped cream after.
